Better Late than Early
The passage tries to tell us that getting up early in the morning is a good habit that will benefit us a lot, including a better memory, healthier body and better preparation for the day．
I just can"t possibly agree with that．I find it difficult to get up early．If I get up early in the morning, I will absolutely feel tired and sleepy during the morning classes because I haven"t got enough sleep．But if I get up late and have enough sleep, I will feel more energetic and confident, so I will do better in my study．However, both my parents and all the teachers think we should get up very early in the morning．I suppose they just can"t understand that we teenagers need much more sleep than they do．Actually, as a student, I have to study until very late in the evening exhaustedly every day．So if possible, I"ll certainly choose to get up late．
