答案

One possible version:
Do they have to say thanks? Some people say yes. They think when others donate money to us, we should be thankful. After all, it’s not others’ duty to help us. Besides, if people continue helping the five students, they will take it for granted. As a result, they will become self.
Others, however, think the students need not say thanks. They think saying “thanks” in words is not the only way to show appreciation. Studying hard and doing something in return for society in the future are the best way to show their thanks. On the other hand, helping others is a kind of happiness.
In my opinion, maybe some students are not good at expressing their feelings. But when getting help, they should say “Thank you”.
